🎉 ETH Liquid Staking, deBridge on Linea Blockchain, Archway Launch and more
Your monthly Proof-of-Stake updates are here!
An eventful July!Â
As another month has passed, and the end of July is coming, we’d like to share this month's main activities with you. Let’s dive right in.Â
🟠Stakin Joins Archway as Mainnet ValidatorÂ
It’s with great excitement that we can share Stakin’s participation as a Mainnet validator for Archway. Stakin has been involved in early Testnet phases of the blockchain and supporting RPC relayers.
Archway is a Layer-1 blockchain solution that allows developers to earn rewards based on their contributions to the network.Â
By introducing incentives for smart contracts, Archway effectively aligns the interests of decentralized applications (DApps) and the blockchain itself, thereby fostering a more robust ecosystem.Â
Next, some event news and updates from Stakin’s business development team:Â
Stakin Event ParticipationÂ
July was filled with Proof-of-Stake events. Stakin’s team visited EthCC and Modular Summit in Paris and Polygon DevX in Lisbon. We met up with many old and new friends, built terrific contacts, and relaxed by the pool (Thank you, Lido Finance!). Furthermore, we had the opportunity to listen to some fascinating talks from NEAR, Polygon, and many others. We’d like to thank everyone who came out and caught up with us and hosted an event. We had a blast and look forward to our next in-person event, which will be in September this year.Â
StaderLabs Ethereum Mainnet LaunchÂ
We’re thrilled to announce that StaderLabs Ethereum liquid staking solution is now live on Mainnet. First, we’d like to say congratulations to the StaderLabs team. StaderLabs ETHx liquid staking solutions on Mainnet mark a significant step forward for the decentralization of Ethereum.Â
Here’s what else happened in Proof-of-Stake in July:Â
Stride transitions to Interchain SecurityÂ
deBridge integrates Linea blockchainÂ
SSV Network unveils Mainnet Launch planÂ
Dymension is going multi-DA with Avail ProjectÂ
Stride blockchain transitioned to Interchain SecurityÂ
Stride, the blockchain focussed on providing liquid staking for the Cosmos economic zone, has become the second consumer chain and has transitioned to Interchain Security. This also marks the first successful chain migration to Cosmos Hub Replicated Security. So, what does this mean for our delegators? If you’re staking $ATOM with Stakin, you will automatically receive staking rewards for $ATOM, $STRD, and $NTRN. No extra work, but more rewards!Â
DeBridge integrated Linea BlockchainÂ
DeBridge has integrated with Linea Blockchain for efficient interoperability without liquidity pools. Linea is a zkEVM rollup network launched into the deBridge generic messaging infrastructure and the DLN cross-chain exchange protocol. For builders on Linea, deBridge now offers a solution for creating high-performance cross-chain applications that can operate without the limitations of traditional bridging infrastructure.Â
SSV Network unveils Mainnet launch planÂ
We are excited to announce the SSV Network Mainnet launch has been announced! Since its inception, the purpose of SSV has been clear: to align with the core principles of Ethereum and empower its validation layer. After years of hard work and development, Mainnet is now getting closer. See the image below for all the phases of the Mainnet launch and the launch goals.Â
Dymension is going multi-DA with Avail ProjectÂ
Dymension is going to support Avail as DA. This means IBC-enabled EVM RollApps can now decide to use Avail for publishing data. Previously, RollApps have been successfully employed using Celestia. However, on Dymension’s Froopyland Incentivized Testnet, builders can publish data to the Avail Project and then to the entire Cosmos ecosystem and even beyond.Â
DISCLAIMER: This is not financial advice. Staking, delegation, and cryptocurrencies involve a high degree of risk, and there is always the possibility of loss, including the failure of all staked digital assets. Additionally, delegators are at risk of slashing in case of security or liveness faults on some protocols. We advise you to do your due diligence before choosing a validator.
