Restaking is on 🔥
Welcome to the latest installment of the Stakin monthly newsletter, packed with curated news and updates around infrastructure developments at Stakin, latest partnerships, and more.
April has been an incredible month with the EigenLayer restaking storm going on, plus a bunch of new testnet and mainnets gone live, so let’s dive straight into it…
Restaking is on fire
April has been all about the EigenLayer storm and the restaking ecosystem.
On April 09, the EigenLayer mainnet went live, making Ethereum’s ~100B economy available for securing networks beyond Ethereum.
This means you can already restake and delegate your ETH to Stakin. Doing so contributes to the security of various AVS (Actively Validated Services).
As an ETH restaker, you still cannot directly choose which AVS you want to support. Instead, you can do so indirectly by delegating to a validator that supports your preferred AVS.Â
Stakin is committed to supporting the most promising AVSs, and our list of supported AVSs grows weekly.Â
We are already active on EigenDA, Brevis, Witness chain, Omni Network, Lagrange, and eOracle.

Saga mainnet is live
One of the most hyped mainnet launches went live this April. The event remained true to its promise.Â
The rollout marked a record-breaking Binance Launchpool campaign for SAGA, which saw more than 500,000 Binance users stake approximately $13.4 billion worth of BNB and FDUSD.
But what’s so special about Saga? Simply, it is a blockchain that lets anyone create a blockchain.Â

Decentralized Internet Network
Stakin is participating in building DIN (Decentralized Internet Network), joined by Infura, Tencent, Google, and Microsoft.
DIN serves as a decentralized network that offers Remote Procedure Call (RPC) services for decentralized applications (dApps)
In plain English, DIN ensures that dApps can always access the necessary blockchain data without interruptions. Therefore, DIN provides network failover protection.
Stakin remains committed to every initiative that progressively decentralizes the blockchain project.

More testnets, more testnets, more mainnets
The markets are hot, builders are building. And Stakin is here to support the hottest new Web3 projects with our enterprise-grade node infrastructure.
This month Stakin commenced validator operations on Allora testnet, Bouncebit testnet, as well as on Seda mainnet and Saga mainnet.
